~ My goal for you is to align with the truth of who you are ~

When I first started taking Yoga classes in 2000 I thought it was just a physical practice.  It wasn’t until I started to study the philosophy of Yoga that I found that the physical part is only one of the tools of Yoga. I soon learned that Yoga is about relationship and it is through our relationships that we can see ourselves from a different perspective. When we change the way we see, transformation happens. Yoga can literally transform your life.  The more I experienced Yoga, the more I realized that it was impacting my life not only physically, but was also changing my energy levels, my mental state, my attitudes about life, plus my emotion state. My entire being became engrained with Yoga and it gave new meaning and purpose to my life.

I love sharing what I have learned and want to help others improve the quality of their life. I want you to feel safe, heard, and cared for.  There is no prior experience of Yoga necessary. If you can breathe you can do Yoga. Yoga therapy is an individualized practice based on your needs and your abilities – we start from where you are taking one small step at a time. It is a living practice that moves with you in daily life and creates new habits that help to reduce any suffering you are experiencing.

~ Yoga is a self-empowering practice and is for everyone ~
